When you are collecting your unaccompanied trailers from the Port of Dover, please ensure that the drivers follow the correct procedure. They must report to the Drivers Reception Building where the booking will then be correctly updated to prevent unnecessary demurrage charges. Failure to comply will result in the charges being applied.
