Customers travelling on ATA carnets or NATO forms 302 must ensure that their documents are stamped by Dutch Border Force prior to arriving at the check-in counter before sailing from the EU to the UK.

This is usually done at the public counter located at the Hook van Holland terminal. Unfortunately, there is no public counter at the Europoort terminal, so customers who want to travel from there must look for a Border Force office nearby.
